I have found that spreading your meals throughout the day and eating more "good" foods, such as vegetables and lean meats goes along way when trying to achieve a great body. I try to eat a small meal every 2-3 hours and eating TONS of veggies. Also weight training and cardio should be implemented as well.

Regular cardio and body building exercises is definitely the way forward to losing weight. Also don't forget to watch what you eat though; preferably keep a high protein and low carbs diet! Do it gradually, slowly and over time to avoid getting a body shock!

It sounds so simple to eat well and exercise but I guess in the world we live in, everything around us makes the simple choices difficult.

Burning fat is very difficult. I am exercising 1 hour 5 days a week since last three months. I didn't loose even a little bit. However, after starting the Gym, I feel fresh and free all the time.
